The 2017 Fraternity Communications Association annual conference will again offer members an opportunity for education, networking, recognition and fun! The three-day event is at the Le Méridien Charlotte.
The meeting begins with pre-conference workshops Wednesday afternoon and officially kicks off with the opening business meeting at 4 p.m. followed by the welcome to Charlotte networking reception hosted by Publishers Press and Pi Kappa Phi that evening. Thursday’s activities include educational programming throughout the day, and an exciting off-site event. Additional professional development opportunities abound on Friday, and the conference concludes with celebration of the work of our peers at the annual Awards Banquet. Please make your travel plans accordingly to arrive on Wednesday, May 3 and depart Saturday, May 6. Download the schedule here.

Registration is $300 for members and $400 for non-members until the early-bird deadline April 3
. After that time, a late fee of $75 will be assessed until the final registration date April 17.
All associate members receive complimentary registration for ONE company representative. The cost for additional attendees is $425. All associate members need to complete their registration form to ensure the proper name badges are provided. The registration deadline is March 24 for inclusion in the conference program book.
The Le Méridien Charlotte is providing rooms for our group at the rate of $199 plus tax per night. Rooms must be booked by 5 p.m. EST April 10, 2017. You can make reservations by calling 800-543-4300 and referencing the FCA 2017 Annual Conference or by using the link below.
Please note that hotel self-parking is $22 daily or $25 for valet.
FCA Accolades is the Association's philanthropy program that allows FCA members to recognize one another and support a nonprofit in the local community that hosts the annual conference.
The cost is $3 for one or $5 for two stickers for conference attendees to proudly wear on their name tag. Be sure to tell your fellow FCA members and colleagues how much you appreciate them and
support a great cause in Charlotte.
Entries are now being accepted for this year’s FCA annual conference communications critiques. Example projects you may submit related to communications could be your magazine, social media campaigns, brochures, event planning, marketing and execution, etc. Please select only one project to be critiqued due to time restrictions.
