We’re thrilled to once again host the Annual Conference alongside the Fraternity Executives Association (FEA) Annual Meeting. Both gatherings will take place on the same schedule and at the same location with opportunities to participate in educational programming from both organizations. This joint meeting will offer a packed schedule of sessions, networking opportunities and industry insights designed to elevate our profession!

Programming highlights

This year’s educational sessions promise to deliver:

  • Engaging keynotes: Hear from three industry-leading experts who will share insights, trends and innovative ideas.

  • Pre-conference workshops: Kick off your time with us by picking one of two-hour, skill-based deep dives to attend.

  • Breakouts: We’ll have more than a dozen communications-specific breakouts to choose from, as well as availability to FEA’s tracks exploring topics in leadership, operations, chapter support, health and safety, and finance.

FCA has collaborated with FEA to bring keynote speakers that speak to you as a fraternal communicator:

  • Tobi Johnson, Leadership in a Changing World: Adapting Today’s Strategy to Meet the Needs of Tomorrow’s Volunteers – As we focus on engaging alumni and volunteers to meet the evolving needs of our organizations and members, Tobi will help us understand the forces that shape volunteerism, community, connection, communication and engagement with this core audience.

  • Steve Whitby, From Experimentation to Infrastructure: Leading with Intention in an AI-Enabled Organization – Steve will help us get tactical and practical as we (begin to) treat AI as a real organizational capability, vs a collection of tools. We’ll open up new ways of working, without losing sight of culture, mission or relationships.

  • Casey Cook Ramage, The Winner's Circle: How Legendary Brands Stay Culturally Relevant – More than 150 years of history. Deep-rooted traditions. Stakeholders spanning generations and the globe. Sound familiar? The Kentucky Derby is an iconic brand that shares many of the same opportunities and challenges as fraternities and sororities. During her tenure as vice president of marketing and partnerships for Churchill Downs Racetrack, Casey Ramage helped reinvigorate the Kentucky Derby’s storytelling, positioning and audience engagement. In this conversation, we’ll explore how enduring organizations can modernize their marketing, create emotional connection and remain culturally relevant across generations while honoring the traditions and identity that made them legendary.
